    First time at theBoil Astoria for my birthday was so much fun! The food and drinks were really tasty and the music and vibe were super fun. The service was very friendly and we got free birthday shots. The only problem is that you're so welcomed that you don't want to leave lol.

    Delicious! Absolutely love this place. The food is tasty and fresh. The service is great- staff is super friendly and on top of things. It has a chill vibe and nautical decor. They offer disposable bibs, gloves, and flatware for dining. They also have gender neutral bathrooms. Highly recommend if you love seafood!

    I went for the $1 oyster and $5 draft deal if you sit at the bar. The oysters were cleaned well, and tasted great. I got an Abita Amber which went well with the Oysters. A heads up, this place is cash only. They have a sign stating the case and an ATM in the back which is fine. They do also charge a 20% "service charge" which is just gratuity. A little strange to see that. All together with oysters, beer, tax and tip it was $22, which is not bad at all. The bar tender was nice and you could tell cared for the craft, watching the drinks being made. I'll go again for the oyster deal.

    Amazing dining experience! Stylish decor, great food and friendly service. My husband, daughter and I pigged out here on the first Friday of Lent. Had a few one pound bags of shrimp, calamari, garlic bread and Mac n Cheese. Will be back! Be aware it's cash only and a 20% tip is added on.
